This notice explains how personal information is processed when you visit allswift.net or use its contact form. You do not create an account, make a payment or subscribe to a newsletter. Submitting the form does not give marketing permission.

Scope and responsibility
Nadir Şensoy is the data controller for this website under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice covers the AllSwift marketing website and inquiries submitted through it. Separate products and services may have their own notices and agreements.
Information we collect
We collect information electronically from you through the form and email, and technical data when you access the website. Required fields are needed to submit the form. Do not include passwords, access keys, payment details or sensitive personal information unrelated to your inquiry.
- The contact form requires your name, email address, service of interest and message. Company/project name, budget and timing are optional.
- Follow-up correspondence and information you share while we discuss your inquiry also form part of the communication record.
- Hosting and security services may process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error/delivery logs to provide the website and prevent abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
We do not add contact form submissions to advertising lists or use them for automated marketing messages. This website does not make decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated analysis.
- Reviewing project or quotation inquiries, discussing scope and taking pre-contractual steps you request: KVKK Article 5/2(c), to the extent directly related to entering into or performing a contract.
- Answering general questions, managing correspondence and protecting the website against spam, errors and abuse: legitimate interests in communication and secure service delivery under Article 5/2(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
- Where necessary, meeting legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending a right: Article 5/2(ç) and (e), as applicable to the relevant processing.
Service providers and transfers
Your inquiry reaches Nadir Şensoy through these services. Relevant records may also be shared with competent authorities where legally required, or with advisers where necessary to protect a right, limited to what is needed.
These providers use international infrastructure, so website and inquiry data may be processed outside Türkiye. Their policies are linked below. This notice and submission of the form do not, by themselves, constitute explicit consent or another legal safeguard for international transfers.
- Vercel: website hosting, processing form requests, technical logs and security controls.
- Resend: delivering the information in your form submission by email and recording sending/delivery events.
- Google / Gmail: receiving, storing and replying to inquiries in the business email account used by AllSwift.
Retention and deletion
Retention needs are assessed by considering whether your inquiry is still open, ongoing project discussions, applicable legal retention duties and whether a record is needed to protect a right. Personal information should not be kept longer than required for the relevant purpose and applicable legal periods. When the grounds for processing no longer apply, relevant records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
There is no separate customer database for the form; messages are processed in the email account and delivery service. Hosting, security and delivery logs are also subject to the relevant providers’ retention terms. You can contact us using the address below to ask about retention or request deletion.
Cookies and tracking
AllSwift does not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts on this website. Form submissions undergo technical abuse-prevention checks. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any necessary preference controls will be updated before those tools are used.
Your personal data rights
Under KVKK Article 11, subject to the applicable conditions, you may:
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about that processing, its purpose and whether data is used in line with that purpose.
- Learn which third parties receive your data in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when the legal conditions apply, and notification of those actions to recipients of the data.
- Object to an adverse result arising from analysis of your data solely through automated systems.
- Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Requests and contact
Send privacy questions and rights requests to nadir.snsy@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data request”. For a formal request by email, use an email address you previously provided to us and that is in our records. Your request must contain the information required by the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Other statutory application channels remain available.
Where necessary, proportionate additional information may be requested to verify that the request comes from the correct person. Valid applications are answered as soon as practicable and within 30 days. Applications are generally free; where a process incurs additional costs, the tariff set by the Board may apply. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board when the statutory conditions are met.
